Nick Netter Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Nick and Jamie Netter.

Our history in the residential construction field is extensive.  We have been doing subcontract and job site management work for over 18 years.  Since inception, we have constructed well over 60 homes in and around the Canby and Oregon City areas.  Nick Netter Construction, Inc. has an impeccable reputation for the meticulous attention paid to every detail of a home and is a respected builder in the Canby community.  We also employ subcontractors who are primarily located in the Canby area.

The company's plans for the future include Walnut Crossing, an eleven-lot subdivision on NE Territorial Road in Canby, Oregon.  We anticipate this project taking 18 to 24 months to complete.  The homes in this subdivision will price in the range of $350,000 to $450,000.  We are currently in negotiations with various landowners in Canby to secure more property for eventual development.  Canby is a rapidly growing community and given the small amount of land being developed at this time, it puts a large need on property to be brought in for annexation and development.  People are moving to Canby so that they may be closer to the metro area and still be able to have a "home town" atmosphere.
